Frank Chalk meets Lennie Briscoe
Monday, January 22nd, 2007For those of you not yet tired of police blogs, here’s another promising one. It’s written by someone who is a “high profile” Special Constable (a volunteer policeman with full police powers for the uninitiated - but I’m sure you MUST all know that by now?!). He is also a teacher for his day job. He’s only just starting out on the blogging trail it seems, but I read his initial postings with interest and sympathy! As an ex special I know exactly the sorts of things he will have to put up with, but I also look forward to reading about how his police life interacts with his teaching - seeing as he is “out” as a copper with his pupils.
His nom de plume “Sir Busy” seems very apt… he’s obviously a bit posh though.. it would be “Sir bizzie” where I come from… though actually, I think the days of teachers being called “Sir” around here are probably long gone!
Entitled “Specials Events”, it is added to my Police Blogroll, but also linked directly here for the lazy ones
