Another Constable

Well, June was my first complete month on the streets (previous months had periods of being back in training school for one reason or another), and as promised here are my performance indicators for June.

Arrests 4
Detections 2
Stop Forms 11
Fixed Penalties 0
Intelligence Reports 15

These are figures where I have been the officer in charge. I don’t count occasions where I was the 2nd officer (called ‘officer assisting’) for arrests.

As far as my team go, I’m 2nd for arrests (the leader is on 7), average for detections, stop forms is about average, fixed penalties average is 1, and I’m way ahead of the game as far as intelligence goes Actually, I’ve recently had training from the intel unit so I am a bit more focussed on converting the work I do into intelligence and feeding that back into the system.

So, not a bad month for my 1st one… looking forward to that theft by employee job concluding so that I can get 40 detections
